SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
 
Orders will generally be fulfilled and shipped the next business day, pending item availability and payment verification. If you have a specific question about an order, or shipping, please call us at (970) 369-7777. We have certain restrictions on the time shipments can be sent out due to our location. 
 
Oversized or overweight orders may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you with the details before shipping. 
 
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
 
Boutique Purchases - may be returned in store within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, items may be returned for up to 30 days from purchase for a store credit. No cash refunds.
 
Online Purchases - may be returned within 14 days of the date you receive your online order. Society Telluride does not currently pay for return shipping…you are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that you send the package back to us via a traceable carrier with insurance. We are not responsible for missing packages.
 
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept items that are returned new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and with all Society Telluride and designer garment tags still attached. Swimwear and intimates must have original tags and the hygienic strip in tact. Please take care when trying on garments as we can not accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume, smoke, body odor or scuff marks (try shoes on on carpet). Damaged items must be reported to our customer service department ([email protected]) within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Returns received outside of the return window may be accepted at the discretion of Society Telluride.
 
To exchange, please place a new order and return the item you do not want according to the above instructions.
No returns or exchanges on sale merchandise and no promotional discounts on final sale items.
 
All special orders are final sale.
 
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM
 
First, email your return request to [email protected] Upon approval of your return or exchange request, please send all returns via USPS, UPS or FedX using the correct address based on type of carrier.
 
We may not receive your return if you use the wrong address for type of carrier.

HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE?
 
You will receive a credit back to your credit card used to purchase the item. Depending on how long it takes for us to receive your item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing your order. Your bank or credit card may take additional time to credit your account after we have processed the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
